Hej! Welcome to my personal website. I am an astronomer in extragalactic astrophysics, currently employed for as a postdoctoral researcher at Stockholms Universitet. My main research topic of the last years focused on the understanding of the evolution of the Universe during the Epoch of Reionisation.

I graduated from a PhD in astrophysics at the University of Geneva in September 2026, under the supervision of Prof. Daniel Schaerer. For this thesis, I analysed the deepest JWST photometric data to-date on the Abell S1063 lensing field, to quantify the contribution of the faintest galaxies to the ionising photon budget of the epoch of reionisation. Throughout this project, I was involved in the GLIMPSE collaboration, and collaborated with many of its members to build qualitative research (more info in the re-ionisers project). I also worked on a side project with a Little Red Dot (LRD) displaying extreme outflows (more info in the LRD project). My thesis, titled “The role of the faintest galaxies in re-ionising the Universe”, can be found here (soon available).

My current research focuses on the study of stellar clumps, the sub-components of galaxies, by pushing their research up to the Epoch of Re-ionisation. In parallel, I also continue my research on outflowing LRDs and the insights they provide in understanding their inner core.

et voilà!
